Wedding and portrait coverage begins at:
$625 per hour
$350 per half hour
Coverage includes required location or venue permit fees and is delivered through a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing. Couples typically receive around 50 edited images per half hour of coverage.

Retainer
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. This retainer secures my availability for your wedding day or session.
Once the contract has been signed, the retainer can be submitted through an online invoice using a debit or credit card. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer remains non-refundable.
Flexible Payment Plans
After the 25% non-refundable retainer is submitted, the remaining balance can be divided into up to multiple payments, with the final payment due the Friday before your event.
All payments are made through an online invoice using a debit, credit card or PayPal. You’re also welcome to pay off the remaining balance earlier if you prefer.
FAQ
How many images will we receive?
For a one-hour session, clients can expect at least 70-100 fully edited images. For a 30-minute session, expect 50-70 images.
For weddings, a 6-hour coverage typically delivers around 600 fully edited images. I focus on quality, storytelling, and meaningful moments rather than strict image counts.
When will we receive our photos?
For weddings, you will receive a private online gallery with your edited images within 5 weeks. Your gallery allows you to view, download, share, select favorites, and order prints.
For all other sessions, you will receive a private online gallery with your edited images within 3 weeks.
What is the booking process like?
After your inquiry, I’ll confirm availability, answer any questions, and send a proposal outlining coverage, pricing, and payment options. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract and invoice through your private client portal.
A 25% non-refundable retainer is due within 7 days of signing to officially reserve your date.
Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, we’ll schedule a meeting either in person or via Zoom to walk through photography expectations, timelines, and the details of your day. This ensures we’re fully aligned and allows you to feel confident moving forward.
How do I reserve my date?
Your date is secured once the contract is signed and the 25% non-refundable retainer is submitted. Until both are complete, dates remain open to other inquiries.
What is your retainer and cancellation policy?
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to book. In the event of cancellation, refunds are issued as follows (excluding the retainer):
90% refunded if canceled 180 days prior
75% refunded if canceled 90 days prior
50% refunded if canceled 30 days prior
25% refunded if canceled 7 days prior
What if we need to reschedule our photo session?
If rescheduling is needed due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll work with you to adjust your date when possible. I aim to be flexible and communicative, and we’ll discuss next steps together.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based on Maui and primarily photograph weddings and sessions across the island. While I don’t typically book weddings outside of Maui, I’m open to considering select travel inquiries.
How do payments work?
All payments are handled online through your client portal. After the retainer, the remaining balance can be split into multiple payments, with the final payment due the Friday before your event. You’re always welcome to pay ahead if preferred.
Do you photograph engagements, maternity, and family sessions?
Yes. In addition to weddings, I photograph engagements, maternity, family sessions, and ‘ohana gatherings across Maui.
