Photography pricing should not be hard.
I understand that planning your wedding/photo session takes a lot of work, especially if you're doing it yourself,
that's why I've worked hard to make this part simple and easy for you.
25% Retainer to Book
I require a 25% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking in order to lock in my services for your wedding day/photoshoot. In the event of a cancellation, the 25% retainer is not refundable. Once the contract for your event has been signed, the 25% non-refundable retainer can be submitted through the online invoice using a debit/credit card.
Flexible Payment Plans
Once the 25% non-refundable retainer has been submitted, I will then split the remaining balance into a maximum of 5 payments with the last payment to be made the Friday before the event date. All payments can be made through the online invoice using a debit/credit card. The client may also pay off the remaining balance sooner than the scheduled payment dates.

What is the booking process like?
Once I've received your inquiry, I will reach out and confirm the services you are interested in and answer any questions you may have. How do I reserve my date with you?
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required in order for you to reserve your date with me.
How do payments work?
All contracts & payments are sent and received online. I use PayPal to receive payments. Once you've submitted your 25% non-refundable retainer fee, the remaining amount will be split up into multiple payments and the final payment is to be made on the Friday prior to your event date.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you will be refunded:

75% 90 days before wedding,
50% 30 days before wedding,
25% 7 days before wedding.
(This does not include the 25% non-refundable retainer)
What if I need to postpone my photo shoot?
In the event where your photo shoot needs to be postponed due to severe weather, pandemic, or any other type of weather phenomenon, I will reach out to you to discuss placing a hold on your payment plan and discuss if we need to revise your contract. I try to be as flexible as I can with my clients!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based on the island of Maui. Currently, I like to keep my weddings local and I'm not actively looking to book outside of Maui.
When will we get our photos? Photo Album?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 5 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites and also order prints! The photo album can take up to 5 additional weeks after the photos are delivered. It depends on how quickly the revision process goes.
